Tips to shift you into a more positive mindset.
The key is to focus on the opposing force of the problem – the solution. There is always a solution.
What you focus on expands so be careful what you focus on being positive brings positive, negative brings negative. Energy flows where attention goes.
- Instead of resisting anger give yourself unconditional love.
- Instead of judgment and nonacceptance of your body accept your body, know and understand it is the only one you have in this lifetime, it is your temple. Eat well nourish it with good food but it is also equally as important to nourish your mind with positive thoughts.
- Don’t allow greed and greed full thinking, instead practice grateful thinking. Focus on how much you share and how much you give and should give.
- Don’t let your proud ego allow to dictate, focus on fostering unconditional love and acceptance.
- One of the most important things to be with every single day is gratitude, focus on gratitude, gratitude should be your attitude.
If you want more then don’t focus on lack of focus on being grateful for everything you have right now. Lack of creates a negative propelling force which will be an energetic block to you.
It is only you that has the power to change, the power that lives in you is so powerful, allow yourself to be vulnerable enough to forgive yourself for this is the key to change.
Every day is a new day and you get the chance to start over and start with a clean slate. When one is starting over in their life it is important to reevaluate their friendships and a seek a healing support group. It is important that you are heard and feel understood.
Toxicity can exist in people, if you surround yourself with their energy it will affect you. It is important if you want to raise your vibration to being with people in a positive mindset and who will support you in a loving an unconditional way. Like attracts like!.
Have compassion for yourself and for others but most of all for yourself.
The intention is for healing, for the highest greatest cause as we trust in sweet perfection and it’s pure and loving source. Be the silent space, the place that is your own experience that is given for nothing ventured nothing gained.
