Waiver and Release Agreement

By signing this Waiver and Release Agreement, I agree that I have read, understand and agree to the following terms of engagement of Anne Marie Foley for Healing With Me!™ Services:

• I understand that services offered by Anne Marie Foley including Healing With Me!™ Intuitive Coaching, Reiki Services and Certification, and Intuitive Beauty Consultations, are not offered as a substitute for professional mental health care or medical care and are not intended to diagnose, treat cure any mental health or medical conditions.
• I understand and agree that I am fully responsible for my well being during the coaching sessions.
• I understand that the advice and guidance given is to solely help me evolve and help me awaken and support the desire I have towards my spiritual growth.
• I understand that any information shared will be protected and be kept confidential unless I state otherwise.
• If I express harm to myself or to another I understand that Anne Marie Foley is allowed to notify law enforcement of such knowledge.
• I understand that any affiliate products and programs that are under Anne Marie Foley are recommendations and I am fully responsible for any outcome good or bad associated with these products.
• I understand I am fully responsible for full payment of my service while booking my appointment and I am obligated to give a 24 hour cancellation notice in order to reschedule an appointment.
• I understand I am fully responsible for making appointments related to my purchase.
• If I purchased a Reiki Certification, I am responsible for making the Attunement appointment and will must complete any requirements stated in order to complete the Reiki Level I have purchased before I will be granted the Reiki Certificate.
