So its been a little while since I have written a blog, I might have had writers block or just been so busy since launching “Healing with me!”that I was not feeling compelled to write. I have been doing a lot of hands on work in the trenches so to speak but I now have finally found my rhythm.
So along this journey of doing my healing work and Reiki healing circles, there is a powerful common denominator that always show’s up and that is, at the end of the day we are all really the same.
There is a deep desire within us to understand ourselves to uncover more and really be who we are supposed to be. No matter what religious beliefs race or color we are, we all are seeking Love and wanting to be Loved.
In order to be loved the key is Loving yourself, sometimes it’s not the easiest thing and as My grandmother would say” its easier said than done!”
The key to loving yourself is “Healing”, healing whatever it is that blocks you or holds you back. For some people this can be light and for some very raw and deep. The good news is wherever you are you will and can heal the pain and learn to peel back the layers to uncover the beautiful authentic you.
We only get to this place by the process of surrender and release and by letting go of the shame factor that always some how seems to be involved.
So I am writing this quick blog in the early morning after another beautiful Reiki healing evening. Last night 11 beautiful women once again showed up and partook in my healing circle and i left once again feeling humbled and moved by the beautiful energy present. Always always so grateful and a deep understanding who ever is there was absolutely guided to be there and knowing nothing is by chance.
I started these evenings back in July and host them at Solnste yoga studio in Riverhead, NY. They have been growing and growing and now some faces are familiar faces and have become friends. I always get excited at the new faces because before not too long they will become friends as well.
There’s a community growing a sense of sisterhood forming and deep friendships are being formed. There’s a sense of oneness and community present because people show up and start to get out of their comfort zone. They show their vulnerability and that’s where the magic happens. When we show up in that way there’s such a human element present and we immediately start to identify with each other “wow she’s me I am her, we are the same not only are we the same but we want the same things out of life!’……It brings us to a place of non judgment and deep compassion.
Sometimes there’s tears some times there’s laughter but at the end there is such a peaceful and joyful energy present you know healing has taken place. Most people will share what they felt during meditation and what they felt when they received the Reiki. It ‘s beautiful to hear and see the shift in everyone from the time that they walked into the room. So at the end of the day we all really want the same thing, we want acceptance, we want forgiveness, we want to be understood and felt supported in doing so.
When energies are aligned they will find each other and that is where the tribe is formed, from a genuine authentic soulful place and that is what is sustainable both in growing the practice and the healing.
It is my passion to help people heal, it is my purpose to share the practice of Reiki and it is my intention to always be authentic and honest in doing so. I was born a healer and intuitive Reiki is my vehicle!
So the name “Healing with me! is not about me “its about YOU, YOU are me and I am YOU, the healing starts with me which is YOU!
So allow yourself to heal, allow yourself to grow and blossom and be the best you you can possibly be!
Much Love and light.
