My anti-aging skin program will be designed based on each individual needs from identifying where you may be lacking in vitamins and amino acids which directly effect the production of collagen and AHA’s and the effects on the skin. As we age we produce 50% less collagen once we enter into our forties, through diet, supplements and using professional grade anti-aging skin care we can slow the aging process and age gracefully and healthy from the inside out and obtain and maintain vibrant healthy skin.
Your skin changes in response to hormones, like estrogen and testosterone. Many researchers study the impact of estrogen on the skin by comparing premenopausal women (who have higher levels of estrogen) to post-menopausal women (who have lower levels of estrogen). Depending on your age and what category you may fall under regarding hormones and how they are effecting your skin will help aid me in how we will proceed.
After a consultation with you regarding your skin and the results you would like to achieve, it is possible but you must be a willing an active participant. I encourage and teach what I only practice myself, now in my mid-forties I attribute my health and skin to healthy habits and daily practice of both diet and exercise and aiding my skin with the newest and most innovative products.
