As the Wellness Coordinator for a corporate wellness program, I am always seeking out new instructors who can educate our employees on a variety of health topics. While we have been holding monthly meditation classes for a few years, Reiki was something new and interesting that I thought our employees would like to try. Only having done Reiki once before, I was also anxious to learn more. All I can say is that Anne Marie’s Meditation & Reiki classes have been AMAZING! To have staff interactive and share in such a positive way is overwhelming and something they usually shy away from, but not in this class. I can’t tell you how many employees have come to me to thank me for offering this class and find out when the next one is.
